These Are The Best Airlines When Flying Economy

Meet James Asquith (right). At 24, he became the youngest person in the world to travel to every single country. He claims to have taken a massive 1000 flights across 150 carriers and has some home truths for us:

Flying sucks. But it doesn’t have to.

While talking with Business Insider, James outlined some of the best airlines that he has used while embarking on his travels around the world. There are many factors he used to determine an overall score of 70 – he ranked each of the following categories out of 10:

  • Check-in & boarding
  • Cabin crew
  • Seat quality, amenities, and cleanliness
  • In-flight entertainment
  • Food & drink
  • Cost
  • Staff assistance before, after, and during travel

While we all enjoy entertainment and WiFi, James says it’s hardly the most important aspect of flying.

“My greatest weighting will always come down to the cabin crew and customer service, which is a much more difficult part of a customer’s satisfaction to win.”

Here is his list of the best airlines!
